Reading Rooms: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India; Learning to Read Programme being implementing in 6 educational blocks of Shimla and Solan districts to encourage children for reading books in early age of schooling i.e. 6 to 14 years of age. The programme is being implemented by Himachal Pradesh Voluntary Health Association (HPVHA) a state chapter of Voluntary Health Association of India (VHAI)a not to profit organization registered under the Societies Registration of XXI of 1860 in 1987.
